The second decade of the 21st Century is going to be call the "Mobile Decade". There is absolutely no question about that. Worldwide, banks and others in mobile payment applications butters (including, of course) with a speed that has become so fast that it is always difficult to keep the step.
In a word the pace of change has become "dizzying". In Africa the phone is seen as the tool that brings so much good, cheap and quickly with this long suffering continent. A popular application for this wonder tool is in the field of Migrant Worker Remittances and small value Payments.
